Commissions and Terms of Payment

1. All local rates are non-commissionable.
2. Commissionable discount of 15% off National rate only.
3. All balances not paid by the end of the month subject to a delinquency charge of 1 1/2% per month.
4. All advertising is cash with order unless credit has been established with the Duplin Times.
5. Special position requests will be honored to the best of our ability, but cannot be guaranteed.

Policy

• The Publisher reserves the right to edit, reject or cancel any advertisement at any time.
• All political advertising is subject to rates for which it qualifies shown on this rate card.
• Political ads must carry a line at the bottom of the ad stating "Paid for by (name of individual or political committee with a named committee official)" and must be accompanied by payment in full and authorization form or letter prior to publication.
